Who we are, what we do and why we do it ...
My name is James Hughes and I'm the guy behind the Rite Buy website. A few years ago I started to work as a web designer for an estate agent in Marbella, Spain. I now run my own business creating websites (mostly property based) for clients in Spain and the UK.
During my time in Spain, I became very interested in the world of overseas property, especially off plan / new build developments. So the obvious thing to do was create a website to fuel my obsession.
My main aim is to provide good quality information, products and services to give a little help to propective home buyers along the way.
Rite Buy is a small team of people who are determined to bring you quality reviews on 'off plan' developments all over the world. We research and visit both established and emerging markets from Spain to Slovenia, Portugal to Prague, to bring you relevant information on the best locations and resorts on offer.
We have gained invaluable contacts and partnerships within the industry which means we can offer excellent services such as mortgages, furniture packages, financial advice and much more.
We understand that buying property abroad can be a harrowing process. We've all heard the horror stories and even though there are a lot of reputable Real Estate Agencies and organisations out there, we know that there are also some very nasty characters who will stop at nothing to relieve you of your hard-earned cash. This is why we have put together the Rite Buy website - a property advice centre and community website that allows our members to share information about off plan / new build property developments around the world.
